St Johns Wart

My meds are prescribed by my physician. Benedryl does help with anxiety, but keep in mind that it may make you drowsy. Ive heard this works well, but I havent tried it. One of my friends swears by St. Johns Wart, an herbal suppliment. Ive had anxiety problems for over 20 years now, and from experience, I know that if you stop your caffeine intake, it will improve quite a bit.

Dont get me wrong, its stupid to skip it or not take it at the same time everyday. Also, do not take St Johns wart or other herbs without talking to your doctor. Also, make sure that your pill is strong enough for you. Most women who become pregnant either have not been taking it correctly, or have been taking one type for too long.

Weight gain is also a factor. Follow the rules and youll be fine.

If you feel really strongly about him continuing to use condoms, then have him do it. Birth control kind of fools your body into beleiving your pregnant but also thickens the lining of your uterus so that an egg cant implant itself after being fertilized. Johns Wart will make birth control ineffective so maybe it will help your body clean out faster and help you get pregnant sooner. But Im not a doctor and I dont know if thats true.

Honestly if I were you I would consult an OB and just get a regular check up first to make sure. It would be worth a shot.
